Your Bergen County Real Estate Professional's Marketing Services Overview

Selling your home - The Real Estate Agent you choose is critical...

If you've decided to sell your home, chances are you're caught up in a host of emotions. You may be looking forward to moving up to a new dream house or facing the uncertainty of a major move across country. You may be reluctant to leave your memories behind or eager to start new adventures. Whatever turbulent feelings you're experiencing right now, there are plenty of practical matters that need your attention. Keep in mind the following considerations to help the whole process go more smoothly.
The Price is Right:
When it comes to marketing your home, nothing is more important than the right price. I can eliminate any concerns of potentially over- or under-pricing your home. It mirrors the natural buying and selling process, and can reduce the number of days a home is on the market. I am an expert in determining market value using a variety of competitive market analysis tools. Contact me for a free market analysis with no obligation. It's a great way to see how I work.
A Real Marketing Plan Means Maximum Exposure:
Consumers do not look to a single source to purchase a home. They are researching and shopping on the internet, local papers, and real estate sections of many periodicals they tend to come across. I believe marketing works best when it's pro-active, consistent, and above all, integrated. This approach surrounds the consumer with our property listings from traditional print and public relations to direct mail and Internet exposure. This ensures that your property will be previewed in the consumers initial search and will lead to a personal showing.
Internet Marketing:
Today more and more home buyers (around 90%) begin their home search online using an Internet search engine. I embrace and harness the power of the Internet. My website is full of Buyer centric tools to assist in the buying process. My Portfolio, for example, allows potential homebuyers to create a free account, monitor listings, save favorite listings/searches, and get daily email notification of new listings on the market. This website is the FASTEST growing website for Pascack Valley homes for sale, River Vale real estate, Bergen County real estate and other keywords and phrases and can be found on the first page and top spots on Google, Bing, Yahoo and more.
Online Advertising:
In addition to placement in my website, your listing will also be seen each day by thousands of visitors to other major real estate industry websites including Realtor.com, and NJMLS.com. That consistent and powerful online presence means people using the Internet to find a home in the Bergen County area are probably going to find either me or your listing. Then add in a Google pay-per-click campaign and Facebook ads campaign that reaches tens of millions and you have an unmatched marketing combination. Game over! You win with me!
Traditional Local Advertising:
To market specific property listings and create greater area brand name awareness, I also advertise aggressively in local area print media and direct mail.
Exposure to Local Buyers & Brokers:
When you list with me there are a variety of local grass roots marketing tactics that come standard. These include property information sheets, a "For Sale" sign in front of your property (if allowed in your area, at your request), listing in the major multiple listing service (NJMLS), public and broker open houses, flyers, mass faxing, and e-mail to buyers and cooperating agents.
Dress Your House for Success:
You only have one chance to make a first impression. Your house is no different. The way it looks day to day is usually different than the way it should look when it's being marketed for sale. I will help you prepare your house for sale because I know a well-staged home commands a higher sale price. Let me help you dress your house for success and you'll reap the rewards!

Who you choose can mean all the difference:
Selling your home shouldn't be an unpleasant experience. I coordinate every aspect of the transaction from start to finish so you can concentrate on what matters to you most. I will work hard to make sure that everyone involved in the transaction from lawyers to mortgage lenders to appraisers to cooperating brokers do their jobs effectively to make sure that the closing on your home takes place in a timely, hassle-free manner.
Contact me today for further information or to arrange a meeting.
