Jason is an incredible agent
Jason found us our dream home and got us a great deal. He took care of everything which was good because we do not speak English well. We moved from Yonkers and we love our new home thanks to Jason. He took care of helping us get a mortgage and inspection, insurance and he let us know what we needed to do. He called me a lot to let me know what I needed to do. He saved us a lot of money. Jason is a great guy and I recommend him to anyone.

We've never come across any agent like Jason. He was extremely helpful. He always sent us listings as soon as he got them and knew exactly what we wanted to look at. He didn't waste our time. Any little change through out the process, we knew about it immediately. He never hesitated to call. He worked very diligently. To sum it up Jason was everything we were looking for in an agent. We would never hesitate to recommed him to any one.

This was my first experience purchasing a home in the USA, I am originally from Trinidad. After years of searching and being constantly told by other real estate agents that I did not or could not qualify to purchase a home because of my income along came Jason. From our first conversation he took my information and said lets see what figures you qualify for and then we will move ahead. I liked that about him and although I could not purchase a $100,000 plus mansion he treated me the same. I liked that about him as well. Then our search began, Jason showed us several properties until we settled on the one purchased. We came across this property by chance as we were really not looking in that area but my type A personality did a little search and flooded Jason with "interesting homes" a few he shot down because they would not meet my needs and a few we visited. I would like to thank Jason for the time and extra effort he spent helping me find my home. GREAT JOB JASON
