Tenafly NJ Real Estate Market Report - March 10, 2014


     A look at Residential properties over the past 30 calendar days in Tenafly, shows that there have been 10 home sales according to the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, which is fabulous considering the winter we have had. The average sold price was $916,300, which proves that Tenafly real estate is desirable at any time in almost any market. 11 homes are currently designated as Under Contract and 59 homes are showing as Current Active. The sold properties had a sale to last list price ratio of 95.1and an average number of days on the market (DOM) of 69.

Woodcliff Lake NJ Real Estate - March 2014 Market Report


     Over the past 30 days in Woodcliff Lake, there have been nine Residential homes that have come on the market, according to data provided from the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service. Two homes are currently under contract and two have closed and are designated as Sold. The average sale price of the two sold homes was $497,750 and bothe homes sold at an exteremly high (and for good reason), sale to list price and last list price ratios (99.7 and 98.8 respectively) as well as a fast turnaround in average number of days on the market (DOM) which was 35.
